About the Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Operations Assistant to join our growing remote team. You’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to bring brand initiatives to life. This is a great opportunity to learn digital marketing from the ground up in a supportive, structured environment.
What You’ll Do:
Execute assigned marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including digital advertising, email, social media, paid search, and display advertising. Follow campaign timelines and checklists to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, and flag any scheduling risks or blockers to your manager early. Set up, schedule, and launch campaign assets—such as emails, social posts, and ad creative—according to approved brand and best practice specifications, with time for proofreading and quality-checking. Assist with day-to-day maintenance of marketing channels, including monitoring for basic delivery issues like broken links or bounced emails, and supporting the organization of campaign assets. Maintain campaign calendars and shared tracking documents, and pull basic performance data from advertising, email, and social platforms as requested. Support your manager in compiling campaign status updates and performance summaries, and keep accurate records of completed campaign tasks. Work closely with your manager and other marketing team members to understand campaign priorities and deadlines, communicating proactively about task status and timelines.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We’re looking for strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Basic familiarity with digital marketing channels—such as email platforms, social media, and digital advertising—is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided. Clear written and verbal communication skills are important. Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is also a bonus. A basic understanding of marketing performance metrics is helpful but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

What We Offer:
Competitive entry-level wages, full training and onboarding, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to gain hands-on digital marketing experience. We also offer standard benefits, flexible remote work arrangements, and opportunities for growth as you develop your skills.
