Marketing Coordinator – Remote Entry Level

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, versatile role that blends design, retail support, and day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll create visual content, support merchandising and retail initiatives across multiple locations, and help keep the marketing team’s daily workflow running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who loves design work, enjoys variety, and wants to see their creative work come to life in real campaigns and materials.

What You’ll Do

Design

Design marketing materials including social graphics, email templates, signage, flyers, and promotional assets

Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all channels and locations

Support the creation of seasonal campaigns, event promotions, and location-specific marketing pieces

Retail Marketing Support

Assist with retail merchandising strategy, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials

Coordinate with internal teams on retail orders and audits

Help track and support retail promotions and product launches across locations

Complete monthly retail inventory reporting and work with teams to identify and correct discrepancies

Day-to-Day Marketing Support

Provide general marketing support across projects, including website updates, content coordination, and campaign logistics

Help manage marketing requests from multiple locations, prioritizing and organizing work as it comes in

Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, file organization, and project tracking

Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, from email campaigns to event materials

Skills/background needed:

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, design, or retail marketing role (internships count!)

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva

Strong eye for visual design, layout, and brand consistency

Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative, can-do attitude — happy to jump in wherever help is needed

Nice to have:

Experience with retail merchandising

WordPress editing experience

Email marketing platform experience (such as Mailchimp)

Social media content creation
