Roles: We are looking for a friendly, beginner-welcome Customer Service Associate to support customers through online live chat. This is a fully remote, part-time role where full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
What you will do:
• Answer customer questions and offer helpful product recommendations over live chat
• Guide customers through orders and basic transactions in the chat system
• Keep records accurate and handle customer information responsibly
• Follow simple written instructions and team guidelines
• Help create a positive, respectful experience for every customer
• Support general chat and inbox tasks as assigned
Skills/background needed: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills help, and a friendly, patient attitude matters most. Basic comfort with computers and chat tools is useful. Full training is provided, so beginners are welcome to apply.
