Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team as a Lead Teller. This fully remote, entry-level role is perfect for someone starting out in customer service who enjoys helping people and is ready to learn on the job. Full training is provided, so no prior banking experience is needed.
Roles:
Support customers with everyday transactions and questions in a friendly, helpful way. Guide customers toward options that fit their needs and refer them to the right team members when appropriate. Help the team stay accurate and efficient by following clear procedures and resolving simple problems as they come up. Offer guidance and encouragement to newer team members as you grow in the role.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed:
No degree, diploma, or certification required. A positive attitude, good communication, and attention to detail are what matter most. Spanish speakers are welcome and encouraged to apply. Full training is provided for everything else.
