Role: Kitchen Leader
We are looking for a friendly and organized Kitchen Leader to join a supportive remote team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will learn how to prepare great food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and help others grow into future leaders.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook food to order while following kitchen procedures. Monitor inventory levels and food waste, and help resolve quality issues. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked. Check that equipment is in good condition and arrange repairs when needed. Support a positive team dynamic and communicate clearly with team members and customers. Help train newer team members and model safe, careful work habits.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required – full training is provided. A high school diploma is helpful but not essential. You should be able to read, write, and communicate clearly, work well with others, and stay organized in a busy setting. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude matter most.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time and part time options available.
