Roles: We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to help build and maintain clear, well-organized documentation for a software platform. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided.
What You’ll Do:
Write and edit reference guides, how-to articles, and concept docs. Review and check written content and simple examples for accuracy. Organize information so it is easy for people to follow. Work with product, engineering, and support teams to gather details and confirm processes.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required; full training is provided. Comfortable writing and editing in a clear, structured way. Able to follow style guidelines and ask questions. Familiar with Google Docs and basic Markdown editing; exposure to a team chat app or project tracking tool is a plus but not required.
