We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team. You’ll work with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to document new features and products as they’re built. No prior experience is required – full training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Do
• Gather technical information from developers and product teams to create clear, user-friendly documentation
• Write guides, manuals, and web-based documents in multiple formats (text, video, diagrams)
• Translate complex technical concepts into language that non-technical users can understand
• Maintain and update existing documentation as features and products evolve
• Work with teams to organize and structure information so it’s easy to find and use
• Collect feedback from users and improve your content based on what you learn
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work with technical teams
• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and wiki platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
• No degree or prior experience required; eagerness to learn is what matters most
