We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation used across our organization.
About the role:
You’ll work closely with engineers and production teams to understand documentation needs and create clear, accurate technical materials. Your responsibilities will include researching and writing technical documents, ensuring consistency and clarity across all materials, managing document reviews with team members, and tracking project schedules. You’ll support teams by developing and maintaining project timelines and status updates. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
All work must comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field is helpful but not required. We provide full training for motivated entry-level candidates.
You should have:
• Ability to write clearly and concisely• Ability to manage multiple projects, sometimes with tight or changing deadlines• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organization and attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat• Willingness to learn industry regulations and compliance requirements• Experience working in or familiarity with engineering environments
