Roles: Junior Technical Publications Writer
We’re looking for a beginner-friendly writer to join our technical publications team. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided, and you’ll work alongside experienced writers, illustrators, and engineers to create clear documentation for complex equipment.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. You can work from anywhere, and all you need is a reliable computer and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
• Develop clear, accurate descriptions and procedures for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Research and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other source materials.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather and confirm technical details.
• Review customer comments and help resolve them with the team.
• Keep assignments on schedule so documentation is delivered on time.
Skills/background needed:
• A 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work to deadlines and collaborate with a remote team.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
