Roles: We are looking for a junior technical copywriter to help create clear, easy-to-understand user guides and help materials for software products. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided.
What You Will Do:
– Write and update user guides and troubleshooting help pages.
– Turn technical details into simple, friendly language for everyday readers.
– Work with product and support teams to learn how features work.
– Keep wording, tone, and formatting consistent across all documents.
– Review feedback to improve how help content is organized and accessed.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. A basic writing sample or short practice task is welcome. Comfort with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful. You should be curious, careful with details, and willing to learn new systems with training and support.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
