Roles: Junior Science Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly science writer to join our remote team. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, readable content. Full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is needed.
You will research topics, gather relevant sources, and write and edit plain-language content for a range of readers. You will proofread and fact-check drafts, keep documents accurate and consistent, and work with a supportive team to refine content before it is published.
Skills/background needed: Comfortable reading and summarising information, solid writing and grammar, good attention to detail, and basic use of tools such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word. A degree in a health, social science, or writing-related field is helpful but not required.
Contract length: Ongoing, with flexible full-time or part-time hours.
