We are looking for a Junior Medical Writer to join our team. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior professional writing experience is needed. If you have a science background and a strong eye for detail, this is a great place to start.
What you will do:
Draft and support regulatory documents, including study reports, study plans, and submission materials. Help prepare summary modules and application documents. Follow quality control steps to deliver accurate work on time. Track timelines and coordinate with clients as needs change. Join client meetings and feedback discussions. Work with teams to keep documents consistent and accurate. Learn new document types and processes with support from experienced mentors.
What we are looking for:
A degree in a life or health science is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good time management and the ability to handle several projects at once. Careful attention to detail. Critical thinking and data analysis skills. A positive, patient attitude and openness to feedback. Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn document management systems and industry standards – full training provided.
