Overview:
We are seeking a talented writer to join our editorial team. As a journalist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for various media platforms. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary—we’re looking for someone with strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling.
Duties:
– Research, write, and edit news stories and feature articles- Conduct interviews and fact-check information- Produce multimedia content including videos and photographs- Manage social media accounts to promote articles and engage with the audience- Collaborate with editors and other team members to ensure content meets editorial standards- Stay updated on current events and industry trends
Skills/background needed:
– Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills- Familiarity with journalistic ethics and standards- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities- Experience or interest in video production and photography is a plus- Basic knowledge of social media management- A keen interest in current events and storytelling
