Roles: We are looking for a Junior Institutional Giving Writer to join our remote fundraising writing team. In this beginner-friendly role, you will help prepare funding materials for foundations and corporate partners by turning complex programme information into clear, compelling proposals and reports.
What you will do:
Write and edit proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials. Work with colleagues across teams to gather information. Follow funder guidelines carefully. Help draft budgets and financial narratives that support each proposal.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. You should have strong writing and research skills, basic comfort with Google Docs and Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn. A supportive, mission-driven attitude matters more than a long CV.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
