Overview: We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer to help support production processes in a fully remote, work-from-home role. No prior experience is required — full training is provided, and this is a great entry point for anyone interested in process improvement and manufacturing support.
Responsibilities:
• Help improve and configure production processes and equipment.
• Support experiments to improve process efficiency.
• Help document guidelines for designing products that are easy to build.
• Suggest solutions to streamline assembly and testing.
• Work closely with the engineering team during design, build, and test.
• Help find root causes of production issues and support permanent fixes.
• Communicate clearly between design teams and production.
• Help transition products from development to volume production.
• Prepare and maintain basic documentation for efficient production.
• Join design reviews and share practical recommendations.
Skills/background needed:
• Willingness to learn; no previous experience necessary.
• Basic familiarity with engineering or manufacturing concepts is helpful but not required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Full training provided.
