We are looking for a beginner-friendly creative writing and journalism tutor to support learners in a fully remote, work-from-home setting. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
Roles: Lead simple lessons and exercises in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction, introduce learners to journalism basics, and give encouraging feedback on short writing samples. Help students build confidence in their writing at a relaxed pace.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with part-time and full-time options available.
Skills/background needed: A genuine interest in creative writing and journalism, good written communication, and a patient, supportive attitude. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome. Comfort using email, video calls, and shared documents is helpful.
