Roles: Bid and SEO Content Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Bid and SEO Content Writer to join our remote team. This role combines writing proposals for government contracts with creating search-friendly content for our digital platforms. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
Help prepare clear, well-organized responses to government requests for proposals. Work with team members to gather accurate information for each submission. Edit and proofread bid content for clarity and impact. Keep records of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes. Research, write, and optimize long-form blog articles and service pages. Apply on-page search strategies such as internal linking, keyword optimization, and structured headings. Reference credible external sources and add relevant visuals. Stay current with search trends and content best practices.
Skills/background needed:
Willingness to learn bid writing and search content writing. Good research and writing skills. Basic comfort with Google Docs and Google Sheets. Able to follow structured templates and guidelines. Detail-oriented and organized. Full training provided for the rest.
