We are looking for a beginner-friendly writer to join our team. This dual-focused role involves helping to produce persuasive proposals that win contracts, along with engaging content for websites, social media and online channels. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
Write clear, high-quality content for a range of audiences and platforms. Help build response timelines and meet strict submission deadlines. Make sure all documents follow client guidelines and evaluation criteria. Keep approved templates, case studies and company information up to date in a central store. Edit and proofread copy so the tone stays consistent. Repurpose content for different channels.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required – full training is provided. You should be a strong written communicator, comfortable turning complex information into clear content. An eye for design consistency (colours, fonts, spacing, image quality) is helpful. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and familiar with social media platforms. Good interpersonal skills are important.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
