We are looking for a beginner-friendly documentation writer to join a friendly product team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is needed. You will learn how to write clear, accurate technical guides and tutorials that help developers understand software products.
What you will do:
Write and update clear documentation, guides, and step-by-step tutorials. Work alongside engineers, product managers, and designers to keep content accurate. Create simple code samples and process flows with guidance from the team. Help review and edit material written by others. Keep files and revisions organised in the content system.
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable writing in English and explaining things simply. Willing to learn new tools and processes at your own pace. Able to manage a few deadlines and ask for help when needed. Interest in technical or software topics is a plus, but curiosity matters more than experience. Full training is provided on all tools and workflows.
