Roles: We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
You will help support computer systems and networks for our team, working from home on a flexible schedule. Day-to-day tasks may include:

• Troubleshooting software, hardware, and performance issues
• Gathering requirements and documenting technical plans
• Supporting team projects and working with outside vendors
Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn and a basic comfort with computers is all you need to start. Full training is provided, and we welcome beginners who are eager to grow.
