We’re looking for an entry-level Instructor and Content Writer to help develop and deliver training materials in a fully remote environment. This role combines hands-on instruction with curriculum development, offering the chance to grow your skills in a supportive team setting.
What you’ll do:
Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content. Deliver instruction through virtual platforms and classroom settings. Create tests and performance assessments. Review and improve courseware based on student feedback and emerging best practices. Maintain training records and documentation. Support both remote and on-site training delivery as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Instructor certification (such as ITC or CFD-IC) or willingness to obtain it. At least 2–3 years of experience in a related field, or relevant technical background. Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and learning management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for training delivery.
Work format:
Fully remote with occasional travel for training events. Full training and onboarding provided.
