Contract length: Full time, with a flexible schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required and full training provided. We look for friendly communicators who are comfortable working with a team, solving problems, and adapting as priorities change. A high school diploma or equivalent is a nice to have, not required.
What you will do: Support guests through chat and messaging to create a positive experience. Help team members with questions and guidance.
