Roles: As a Grocery Customer Service Representative, you will help keep products stocked, organized, and ready for customers while delivering friendly, helpful service. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided and no prior experience required.
What you’ll do:
• Answer customer questions and help them find products
• Stock and rotate items, and keep displays tidy
• Check shipments for damaged or out-of-date products
• Keep shelves, cases, and work areas clean and safe
• Prepare simple signs and labels as needed
Skills/background needed: No experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills, basic reading and writing, and good planning and organizing skills. Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Full training is provided.
Contract length: Part time, ongoing.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
