We’re seeking a Grant Writer to help secure funding for workforce development programs. You’ll research funding opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, and work with program teams to tell the story of our impact.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with our mission. Develop grant proposals, letters of intent, and supporting materials for foundations, corporate sponsors, and government sources. Gather data and success stories from program staff to strengthen submissions. Track submission deadlines and reporting requirements. Prepare donor communications and grant renewals.
Skills and background needed:
Strong written communication and research skills. Ability to translate complex programs into clear, persuasive narratives. Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems is helpful but not required.
