We’re looking for an entry-level Sports Writer to create editorial content for live sports broadcasts. You’ll write game notes, respond to client requests during live events, and deliver trends and insights to support broadcasters and viewers.
What you’ll do:
Produce daily game notes and research summaries; respond to real-time content requests during live broadcasts; research and write trend analysis and sports insights; support editorial teams with fact-checking and background research.
Skills/background needed:
Strong passion for sports; solid writing and research skills; ability to work quickly under deadline; comfort with live broadcast timelines; familiarity with sports statistics and history helpful but not required. No prior broadcast experience necessary—full training provided.
Work format:
Fully remote. You’ll work from home, collaborate with broadcast teams via team chat and video calls, and manage content deadlines across live events.
