What you will do:
Support equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair with guidance from experienced team members. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues using drawings and technical documentation. Document service activities clearly and collaborate with remote engineering teams to resolve problems and improve performance.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. A technical aptitude and willingness to learn are most important. Full training provided. Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic diagnostic tools is helpful. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are a plus. All work is fully remote, with flexible scheduling.
