We are looking for beginner Will Writers to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity where you will help clients plan for the future by drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other important documents.
What you’ll do:
• Draft and write wills of various complexity, along with other legal documents, making sure all paperwork is accurate
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and in writing throughout each case
• Manage an incoming caseload and work with all parties toward successful completion
• Maintain accurate client records and correspondence on our systems, meeting all compliance standards
