We are looking for a detail-oriented writer to join a digital team and create clear, customer-friendly content for websites and mobile apps. This is a remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience required. Roles:
• Write and edit short, simple text that guides users through digital journeys.
• Help keep content consistent, clear, and accessible across pages and platforms.
• Work with designers, product managers, and developers to review and improve content.
• Spot and fix content gaps, repetition, and inconsistencies.
• Support testing of content to see what works best for users.
Skills/background needed:
• A college degree or equivalent practical experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn about content design and user experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and online team tools is a plus.
