This is a fully remote role. You will write, run, and record the results of testing scenarios for new software systems, revise scripts based on feedback from experienced team members, and report results and issues clearly so they can be checked and fixed. You will take part in training sessions, gather data, prepare reports, and contribute to project meetings while working closely with a supportive team.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required — full training is provided. Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows is helpful, along with clear written and verbal communication. You should be organised, willing to learn new systems quickly, and able to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure. A positive, curious attitude matters more than a formal background.
Work format: Work from home, fully remote, with a flexible schedule and ongoing support from your team.
