Roles: Entry Level Teller / Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for a friendly, detail-focused Teller to join our team. No prior banking experience is needed – full training is provided. You will help customers with everyday banking needs, process transactions accurately, and make sure every customer feels welcome and supported. This is a great entry point for anyone who wants to build a career in customer service and financial services.
In this role you will:
• Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with care and accuracy.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right service or team member.
• Answer routine customer questions and escalate more complex issues when needed.
• Build positive relationships by listening closely and explaining simple next steps.
• Work with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly and follow company policies and procedures.
Skills/background needed:
• Some experience interacting with customers, or equivalent training or education.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Attention to detail and comfort following policies and procedures.
• Basic comfort with computers and digital tools; full training provided.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
