Roles: We are looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to create and manage clear product documentation. This is a fully remote role where you will work from home and receive full training.

Skills/background needed:
No prior experience is required. We provide full training and a supportive team environment. You should have good writing and proofreading skills, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable using Microsoft Word. A willingness to learn and work collaboratively is all you need to get started.
What you will do:
Work with team members to gather information for technical manuals, keep templates updated, and help develop product manuals with clear images. Create simple visual content and write straightforward work instructions. Check documents for accuracy and grammar, and follow document control practices. Present information consistently and support the team with other tasks as needed.
