We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join our product content team. No prior professional experience is required — full training is provided, and you will be supported by an experienced writing lead.
Roles: Create and maintain clear, user-focused technical documentation for product features. Learn our content development processes, writing style, and standards. Build a basic understanding of our products and the people who use them. Help customers reach their goals quickly through well-written help content.
Skills/background needed: Good written English, including grammar and sentence structure. Comfort using everyday AI tools to support your work. Some familiarity with how content is planned and produced, from coursework, internships, or personal projects. Writing samples such as school assignments or personal work that show you can explain complex ideas clearly. Willingness to learn structured writing methods. Ability to manage your own tasks and deadlines while working with a team.
