Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to help keep technical documentation and service parts data accurate and reliable. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided. You will work with engineering and business teams to make sure documentation and data are consistent and useful for the systems that depend on them.
Roles:
Help maintain the accuracy and consistency of technical documentation and service parts data.
Check data quality and suggest ways to improve documentation processes.
Work with engineering and business teams to understand and fix data issues.
Run data quality audits and report findings to stakeholders.
Support projects and process improvement work as assigned.
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length:
Full-time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required; full training is provided.
Comfort using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A degree is helpful but not required.
