We are building a documentation team and looking for entry-level Technical Authors. This is a beginner-friendly remote role where full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
As a Technical Author, you will create and improve documentation that helps people understand and use products and services. You will work closely with your team, gather feedback from user communities, and help keep content clear, consistent, and well organised.
Roles: Create, maintain, and improve documentation; support team members with documentation contributions; engage with user communities to meet their needs; help standardise structure, style, and language across content; collaborate with peers to share best practices.
Skills/background needed: Good written communication and a willingness to learn. Curiosity about technology is helpful. Familiarity with basic tools is a plus, but full training is provided and no experience is necessary.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
