Roles: Sports Betting Ticket Writer

We are looking for friendly, detail-focused people to join a fast-paced sports betting support team. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided, so this is a great entry point into the industry. You will work from home and help customers with their betting transactions while keeping a tidy, accurate work area and following established procedures.
What you will do:
Write, verify, and process payments on sports betting tickets accurately and on time. Handle a cash float for your shift, take payments, and give correct change. Keep your stations neat and well stocked. Troubleshoot basic errors at betting kiosks. Explain betting rules, lines, and odds clearly to customers. Enter player information and create new accounts. Follow cash-handling and reporting procedures, and flag any suspicious activity to management. Give customers friendly, courteous assistance.
Skills/background needed:
Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of cash-handling experience. Basic math skills for calculating winnings based on odds. Basic computer skills. Good knowledge of sports. Strong customer service skills. Ability to stay calm and accurate under pressure. Speak and write English effectively.
You will work in a dynamic, changing environment where you support customers through a variety of betting methods, including desk, kiosk, and online application channels. A supportive team is there to help you settle in.
