We are looking for a friendly, organised Service Writer to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will be the link between customers and service technicians, helping keep repairs and maintenance running smoothly. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

• Help coordinate the service workflow with technicians to keep work on schedule
• Build positive customer relationships and support satisfaction
• Keep records and details organised using basic computer tools
