We are looking to add a Service Writer to our fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed to get started.
Roles: Help assign repair jobs to technicians based on their skills, keep service records and forms accurate and on time, communicate with customers about work and billing, and support the service team with day-to-day administration.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
Skills/background needed: Comfort using a computer and basic Microsoft Office tools, good customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided, and a beginner-friendly attitude matters more than past experience.
