We’re looking for a Service Writer to join a growing team. You’ll be the friendly face connecting customers with repair services, handling communication, scheduling, and coordination between customers, technicians, and support staff.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate repair orders and provide progress updates. Ensure proper documentation and quality standards. Monitor job progress and completion times. Support team efficiency and operations.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with computer systems and service management software. Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. No prior automotive experience required – full training provided.
