Roles: Service Writer
We are looking for an organized, detail-focused Service Writer to support a fast-paced remote service team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks and helping customers. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
• Open, detail, and track repair orders, capturing customer concerns and service needs accurately.
• Dispatch repair jobs to technicians and track progress to keep workflow moving smoothly.
• Communicate with technicians, advisors, and management to ensure updates are clear and parts are ready.
• Maintain clean documentation and update job statuses in real time.
Skills/background needed:
• Interest in powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or small engines is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and team chat apps.
• A dependable, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
