Roles:
– Research and learn about scientific topics, products, and services
– Help brainstorm and plan content ideas with the team
– Write and edit articles, web content, and other materials
– Support content projects and work with others to meet deadlines
– Help with media outreach and share updates on results
Skills/background needed:
– A degree in a biology-related subject
– Good written English and strong attention to detail
– Interest in explaining scientific ideas to a range of audiences
– Comfort reading and understanding academic science papers
– Comfort using social media and web-based channels
– Willingness to learn across different areas of science
– Self-motivated and organized, able to handle several projects at once
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
