We are looking for a full-time assistant research editor to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on fast, accurate fact-checking, solid research, and producing quick online news items along with short features.
Roles: Fact-check articles for accuracy, carry out research, write short online news pieces and brief features, and help support and mentor other writers.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required and full training provided. We welcome candidates with deadline discipline, a lively writing voice, and a genuine interest in the topics we cover. Comfort using Google Docs and basic word processing tools is helpful.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
