What you’ll do:
Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and friendly follow-up, learning about their needs and preferences. Identify solutions that fit each customer by communicating clearly and asking good questions. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit applications. Educate customers on digital and self-service options. Process basic transactions and provide a consistent, welcoming experience. Collaborate with team members and partners to best serve customers.
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required – full training provided. Comfortable communicating with customers and learning new skills. Basic comfort with digital tools and self-service technology. A helpful, encouraging attitude and willingness to grow.
