Roles: We are looking for a curious writer to find and tell engaging human-interest stories about everyday people and their experiences.
What you’ll do:
Find and develop story ideas about real people’s lives. Conduct interviews and build a network of contacts. Write clear, balanced features and source images and video to go with them. Use social media to spot stories and share your work. Engage with readers after publishing.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training provided. A genuine interest in people’s stories, good written English, and comfort interviewing and researching. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn media law and editorial standards.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
