We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as entry-level proofreaders and copy editors. No prior professional experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you will work with authors to refine their manuscripts, providing feedback and corrections to help them publish high-quality books. You will have the flexibility to choose your projects and set your own rates and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Provide constructive feedback to authors on structure, clarity, and style.
- Work one-on-one with authors to guide them through the editing process.
- Manage your own schedule and project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a love for reading.
- Basic knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Access to a computer and internet connection.
