We are looking for a beginner-friendly Product Management Assistant to support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a web platform used to open new bank accounts online. This is an entry-level remote role with full training provided.
Roles:
– Support the team that builds and improves the online platform.
– Help gather and organise feedback from product managers and engineers.
– Assist with planning, documenting, and tracking simple improvements.
– Learn how digital products are created and delivered.
– Work with a supportive team to keep projects moving.
Skills/background needed:
– No prior experience required; full training provided.
– A high school diploma or equivalent.
– Comfortable learning new tools and basic software.
– Good written communication and attention to detail.
– Organised and eager to learn.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
