We are looking for a beginner-friendly Product Documentation Writer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will create and maintain clear, easy-to-understand user documentation for our products. Full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
You will work from home and partner with engineers, operations staff, and subject matter experts to understand how products work and turn that knowledge into helpful guides. You will help set the standard for tone, voice, and quality across our written materials.
Responsibilities:
Write, review, and edit user-focused documentation such as user guides, checklists, templates, and troubleshooting guides. Identify user workflows and close documentation gaps. Coordinate with team members to keep documentation accurate and on schedule. Contribute to a supportive documentation process so others can learn from your work.
Skills/background needed:
A willingness to learn technical writing and documentation basics. Comfort reading technical information and turning it into simple, clear steps. Basic familiarity with word processing and content formats is helpful. Strong written communication and attention to detail. A collaborative, curious attitude. Full training is provided, and beginners are welcome.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
