We’re looking for a beginner-friendly Product Documentation Writer to help create clear, customer-facing product guides and instructions. In this role, you’ll write user guides and labelling that help people understand how to use products safely and effectively.
You’ll work with teams to gather information, turn complex ideas into simple language, and make sure all documentation meets quality standards. No prior documentation experience is required – we’ll provide full training and support as you build your skills.
What You’ll Do
• Research and write clear product guides and labelling
• Collect information from technical experts across the organisation
• Write for both technical and non-technical audiences, keeping a global audience in mind
• Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and project teams
• Manage multiple documentation projects and share progress
• Coordinate document updates and track translation status
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and ask clarifying questions. Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to have: Any experience writing technical content. Familiarity with content management systems or documentation software. Experience with project management tools.
