Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Banker. No prior banking experience is needed — full training is provided. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role where you will help customers with everyday financial needs and connect them with the right solutions.
Roles:
• Support customers through chat and online conversations, listening to their needs and helping them find suitable options.
• Build positive relationships and help customers feel confident about managing their money.
• Explain products and services in simple, clear language.
• Follow established procedures to handle questions and solve problems accurately.
• Keep records tidy and complete daily tasks in an efficient, accurate way.
• Work with team members to make sure every customer has a good experience.
Skills/background needed:
• No previous experience or degree required — full training provided.
• Good written communication and a helpful attitude.
• Comfort using a computer, email, and basic online tools.
• Ability to stay organized and manage a few priorities at once.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
