Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Nursing Manager to support a care team in a fully remote setting. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior management experience is needed — just a nursing background and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
• Help schedule and support team members day to day
• Coach and mentor staff and share helpful feedback
• Keep quality, safety and service standards on track
• Support training and onboarding for the team
• Track department goals and suggest improvements
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and colleagues
Skills/background needed:
• A nursing degree
• A nursing license in good standing
• Basic life support certification
• Comfort using a computer and common work apps
• Good communication and a helpful, team-first attitude
• Full training is provided — no prior leadership experience required
