We’re looking for a Researcher and Script Writer to research, pitch, and break down daily news stories for original video and written content shared online. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior professional experience needed.
Roles: Research news stories, build outlines quickly, find photo and video assets online as needed, and take on special assignments as they come up.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Skills/background needed: An interest in journalism, political science, communications, or a related area is helpful but not required. You should be organised, curious, fact-driven, and able to write clearly and check details. Comfort working independently, meeting deadlines, and adapting to feedback will help you succeed. Full training and mentoring are provided for beginners.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing remote work.
